It was so awesome watching our girl happily playing with all of her furry friends. She had a great time! The staff is awesome and very quick to responded. The facility was very clean as well.

Check in was not a great experience as we chose 11am check in on the app and the location doesn’t open until Noon. The app should not allow you to choose a time that is not available. Check out was also very long as they were short staffed and did not get an exit bath. Somewhat disappointing

Our hours of operation changed at the beginning of the month so reservations created before the change would have remained the same. I am sorry for the inconvenience. We started bringing Millie to PetSuites Grove City about a year ago for daycare. She’s 10 and had never been in daycare or boarding before so I was really nervous how she would handle being with new people and pups. All the staff have been great with her and she loves the days that she goes. I love that I can check in on her throughout the day with the live feed and I love how much the staff care about the pups. They truly go above and beyond for my fur baby

Our Charlee girl absolutely lives going to her daycare at the Grove city location. The staff is amazing and always so kind to our dog and us. Highly recommend the grove city location

Accountability is given at my discretion, and this does not warrent repremand when the groomer gives you the groom you asked for. I have followed up and held my team accountable for the loose dog. As no incident occurred from the loose dog, and the interaction was more of an off-leash greeting, there will be no reimbursement for medical bills, as the entire thing was captured on camera and the staff did there dudiligance to get the situation under controler control in a matter of seconds and followed the loose dog protocol. ... read more
I have never left a bad review before but I have never been this unhappy with a service of any kind before as well and the lack of responsibility was shocking. I normally take my 6‑month‑old Cockapoo, Teddy, to 4 Paws and a Tail every four weeks, but they were booked out 10 weeks this time, so we tried PetSuites in Grove City. That dog should have never gotten loose and it was an accident. after it happened and the dog was under control we check on you immediately to ensure both you and your pup were okay and asked if there was anything we could do.
