Excellent care for my beagle! This staff is so caring and takes time to get to know your dog, answer questions and make accommodations resulting in the best outcome - also super organized and professional. I was so impressed with this place that it’s worth the 45 min. Drive each way for boarding even though I have other closer options in Williamsburg. BIG Thank you to everyone there!!

I was really looking forward to bringing my dog to this daycare, and while I appreciate that the staff was friendly, I was disappointed with how the day went. When I picked up my dog, I noticed he had not been fed his lunch. This was the same as his trial day. They gave the excuse that he was nervous however he’s a puppy and eats everything and everywhere. My dog was left to wallow in his own urine, feces, and vomit. He came home withdrawn, scared, and aggressive and smelled terrible.

Was told that for an additional 18 dollars a day my dog would get individual play time. He's not fixed, which means he couldn't have group play, which is fine. However, booked an 8 day stay, and ended up getting back early, so I went to get him on day 6, as soon as I got back. The entirety of my trip, I attempted to catch him on the dog cam, despite looking throughout the day and night, I never once saw my dog. Never received any Pawgress/photo updates either. I dropped my dog off specifically to get groomed before leaving out town. I dropped off Friday had grooming g appointment Sat and pick him up Sunday. He was not groomed and he had ruined all over him. And i was still charged for his entire stay after voicing my concern that someone should called me Saturday. Terrible. Took the dog in for grooming and an hour & half later was called and told to pick him up. They would not complete the job because he had fleas. It was never disclosed that they do not accept dogs with fleas to begin with and was advised to take the dog to the vet. The dog just came from the vet which gave him a flea shot with others totaling $195.00. upon asking why the grooming could not be completed, as the dog was already escorted throughout their whole facility and obviously contamination had already occur... read more

I spoke to someone today while I was at work about the horrible experience we have had with pet suites. They offered for us to bring in a vet receipt and they will pay the bill. As I got home from work today I came home and their was more urine, poop, and throw up that my wife and I had to clean up off of our carpets. This being said, we are asking that instead of the vet bill, can we bring in a receipt of getting our now stained carpet upstairs cleaned.
