This facility really goes above and beyond to take care of my pups!! Based on other boarding places I’ve used, the staff up front really stands out with their friendliness and they were so attentive when I needed to get my dogs set up for emergency boarding. I was nervous about leaving them for a week but the fact that I was able to see them on the luxury suite webcams was a plus and I could see they were loving on them while I checked in to see how they were doing!! Both my dogs we groomed and stayed for the day. They look great. Zeus and Apollo are not the best dogs, but the staff is great with them. When I board them I know they are safe and we'll taken care of .

My 2 dogs stayed at the petsuites for the first time during 4th of July weekend which is a busy time. Despite being busy and at capacity, the staff at petsuites did everything to make this stay comfortable and enjoyable for both of my dogs. They were very friendly and had no problems communicating updates on how my dogs were doing. By far one of the best boarding places in town, we will be returning! Thank you team for your hard work and passion to take care of our pets!

Although the groomer Molly is excellent, the front office staff is horrible. I have to call over and over and over again to get someone to answer the phone, I've even and to go to the Newport News location just to set an appointment. Online it shows her available and then they don't confirm the appointment so it's really not set. If Molly wasn't so good with my dog, I would have been long gone from the location. The staff at Pet Suites Grooming was absolutely wonderful! They took great care of my 13 year old Border Collie and treated her like a queen. She looked great, smelled great, and was very comfortable there,

Puppy Preschool is a MUST! My fur-baby is ALWAYS excited when I am dropping her off and exhausted (but HAPPY) when I pick her up. She has a great time playing with her friends. Staff is amazing at taking care of her and keeping me updated.

Blue has loved coming and playing with his peoples and fury friends. Blue has spent many vacation at pet suites. Will be staying over the Christmas holidays. He is looking forward to his stay
