My dog Memphis has been coming here for the past couple of months and she loves it! The staff is super friendly and their daily enrichment games are awesome!

The customer service here is magnificent. They take care of your babies as if they are their own. After the learned of one of our dogs passing the staff went out and bought us a sympathy card. Everyone signed it with personal messages to us.

Pet Suites Round Rock knows exactly how to love my pups. 1 is very outgoing and the other is a little more timid with new people. When dropping them off for a stay here, I feel a sense of relief that my pups will be taken care of🥰💜💚
