This were Grady first time visiting petsuites and the staff are very friendly...they took very good care of my cat. They were kind and lovable towards Grady as if he personally belonged to them. They spoiled him with treats and even had TV time for him watching movies as he set in the cat tree.. I highly recommend them to care for your pet.
My miniature Dachshund had never been professionally groomed before and is extremely anxious. The staff at PetSuites took such amazing care of him. They operated on his time, when he was comfortable. He looks so handsome and smells so good. We asked them to leave his eyebrows and they trimmed them but kept his signature feature looking very posh! I will definitely only be using this location for my grooming needs in the future. 10/10
It was a very good experience for me and my dog. We had access to a camera up until the lights were off (11PM), and could see our dog when anxious. We were also provided access to play-area cams to see Tony enjoy his play time. Staff were considerate and professional. Would recommend it!
I had a fantastic experience at Petsuites! The staff is friendly, professional, and truly cares about the animals. The facility is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I loved getting updates and photos, which reassured me my pet was happy and well cared for. When I picked them up, they were relaxed and seemed to have enjoyed their stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a safe and caring boarding option! I’ll definitely be back.
First time boarding here and I was really impressed! My Macy had bounced around from rescue to rescue for a year and a half before I adopted her so I was very nervous about boarding her at all for the weekend. They took real good care of my Macy, I told them about her issues and they were very accommodating, I got to check in with her on the webcam in her room, I also checked in on her webcam when she was in the playroom and she was having a blasty blast!
