We absolutely love PetSuites (Twinsburg) and so do our dogs! They are our go to place for boarding and grooming. Our dogs have been to other establishments and always come home sick. We have never had that issue with PetSuites. Staff is always so friendly too!
We went on a week long vacation and left our pup, Mylo, in Petsuites care for the week! He was treated absolutely amazingly and bonded with one of the caretakers. We got frequent updates and photos and will be boarding with Petsuites again!
I’m very impressed with how open they were when I went to visit. They offered a tour and were very friendly. One of my dogs doesn’t play nice with other dogs, and they offered a solution to that instead of just turning me away. They are very clean and organized the way they run the place. I look forward to many visits with my pups.
Well first I would like to thank yall for trying to take care of my dog cause he is a hand full. But sometimes I had to make sure he was checked in he went two days without him being checked in. Sometimes the camera wasn’t on my dog. Also I notice that certain staff didn’t have the proper training to actually deal with certain dogs I watch this girl let a dog run and get loose.
