The visit with the Vet was great. The wait to see the vet could be better if there was the ability to schedule an actual time to arrive rather than the open times. I pre-registered and was told I would get a text when to come in. At 2:20 I went in to check how long it would be and there were already 11 pets ahead of me and no one had received a text. I love PetVet set up!! All your team are doing a Fantastic job!! Because of you I’m able to have 4 animals in my household and be able to cover the cost for yearly checkup and vaccinations with no trouble!! Thank you!
It's is so nice to have a "quick care" clinic for pets. Staff was cheerful and knowledgeable. My pup was seen right away and we were done.
Very rude, refused to see my pet after making an appointment and being told that it was fine to take him in for eye care. Then when we arrived I was told they would not see him because he possibly has an upper respiratory infection. This vet does not care for sick animals apparently & when you call to clarify what they care for you’re lied to apparently.
