Had to wait outside the door because they locked the door. Others were also waiting before me. I was just there to pick up an order that they had already filled. Please note there was another customer there with two dogs. They, including the vet and assistant, were just sitting on the floor petting the dogs. I know the difference between chitchat and business. Always a great experience here. Vet took time to look up multiple flea/tick/heartworm combos to save me the most money. Always kind and personable. Really like bringing my dog here for all the basics.
Services received: Routine Rabies shot, annual check ups and Simparica flea & tick pills for 6 yr. old Jack-Chi. Staff is awesome! They treat my little Peanut like the family member he is...not just a pet. Very knowledgeable, informative, respectful & friendly. Reasonable fees/prices & convenient clinic hours. Highly recommend!
Never show up for office hours, posted on door open today, no one to be found. Store employees state they are very frustrated as no one shows on regular basis. I have prescriptions for flea, tick and heartworm that have not been verified in over a week. Still on hold 30min now waiting to speak with someone. This is rediclious!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
I was so pleased to have my pup seen here! The staff was excellent, very kind and competent. They don't price gouge and they took care of us pretty quickly, especially considering how many animals they cared for.
