Convenient location and hours for basic vet needs with no appointments works for me. Prices are upfront on their site so you know what to expect. I was impressed with the vet's patience and time to explain things and honesty. Would use again and recommend it.

The wait was about 2 hours but completely worth it and I understand why after my visit. When I arrived I was in place 6 out of 12. You scan a code and are placed in a queue and you sit in your car while you wait. I was expecting very quick service like your standard shot clinic which goes in a line very quick. The wait is long so bring a snack, drink for yourself and water for your pet. The wait is long because this is a real vet visit and once you are seen you are given their full attention. The 3 employees that took care of Bubba were great. He is a handful when it comes to cutting his nails. They took him in the examination room talked to him and held him down and in minutes his nails were done. No crying or barking he was nice and relaxed. Thank you for a great experience.

We didn't have an appointment, didn't wait long. They took care of our 2 dogs....very friendly and prices were very reasonable... I wish they had one closer to our home but was well worth the drive

I have been using this company’s services for years and have NEVER had a problem until my last visit. Aside from the unprofessionalism from the check in staff, I was charged for a service I specifically said I did not want. I reached out to corporate to file a grievance, however it did not come to anything in my favor though I had a new puppy owner with me as a witness. In the future I will be watching what is inputted into the tablet to ensure this price gouge doesn’t happen again.
