Not what I expected. I made an appointment for 3:30 pm. Arrived at 3:15 only to find that making an appointment only holds a spot. Never left until 5:10 pm. You are allowed in with you puppy so I watched a bunch of strangers handling my 10 week old puppy as well as one of the techs let his back side fall off the table. To top it off, I requested the stickers of the vaccines my pet's vaccines booklet. They didn't do it and told me they forgot because they were so busy.. Unbelievably unprofessional. Completely a zoo.
I had a great experience! Came at just the right time around 3:30pm on a rainy day, and was seen right away. The techs were friendly and helped me determine what tests were really needed (they didn't try to push extra things that I thought I might need), and the vet came out and explained every thing and answered any questions I had after seeing our pup. Hope to have a repeat experience for future needs! Definitely saved us $$ on shots/screenings. Thanks!

I took two of my three dogs to the VIP vet center at tractor supply on Loucks Road in York Pennsylvania. Gone there many times before when I know that everything is OK with my dogs just to get them up-to-date on their vaccines without breaking the bank. This is what allows me to afford having three dogs.
We had an amazing experience at the clinic in York. The staff were all kind and inviting. They made my pup feel comfortable. The service was extremely efficient and in and out. Bip will be back for all routine visits!!
