I had to get a colonoscopy, which no one looks forward to… but the staff here, from the receptionists to the nurses, the doctor, and anesthesiologist, they were all so kind, supportive, and helpful.
OFFICE operator or management: Why do you have a phone if you are not going to actually answer it? -Have been trying to reach them for months ( not exaggerating) to make an appointment, no one answers the phone. -Called to get a refill, no one answered- primary doctor had to refill it until I could get an appointment. This is medical neglect. - Called to cancel a procedure because I was sick an didn't want to take someone else spot, couldn't find a person to actually cancel with. Left 4 voicemails. I am extremely unhappy about the unprofessionalism that these doctors show to their patients. What is going on at this practice? My daughter had a colonoscopy a month ago. The doctor wanted to find out if there was Crohn’s Disease or IBS. It’s been almost 6 weeks and we have yet to hear back from the doctor. Several messages have been left pleading for a call back. My visit today was less than mediocre. The lady at the front desk was extremely curt and dry. The scheduler made my appointment with pge rather than the in-network hospital for my insurance. They tried to charge me for an out of network deductible and copay. In the end, I left and need to reschedule with the correct facility where I'll have no deductible/copay. Insurance verifiers need to do their job and schedule correctly with people's insurance coverage!
Staff was awesome ,Nina Ngo Pa-c Is absolutely the best took time talk with my son didn't rush anything best of all didn't push any unnecessary texts or treatments HIGHLY RECOMMEND
