Appointments do not run on time, often they are 20 to minutes after scheduled appointment. Getting information over the phone regarding anything is hard to do. They do not provide all aftercare information when needed.
I visited this clinic because of severe stomach burning. I was treated for two months, but my condition did not improve at all. I spent a lot of time without getting any results. I felt that my concerns were not properly addressed, and the treatment did not help me. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.
I came back to leave a review for doctor Wei Yan. At first, he too got on my nerves because he wouldn't sign a paper. But thanks to him ordering a lab and referring me to go to a different doctor, I finally found out what was causing my symptoms. He also did my endoscopy and I didn't feel any pain and I didnt have a sore throat after. I also liked the older woman who was able to find my vein and poke me when the other nurse couldn't find the vein. You would have to bypass the horrible front desk though. I scheduled a colonoscopy for May 7th, 2025. Unfortunately two days before the procedure May 5th, I had to call to cancel it. The scheduler said she would take me out of the schedule for My 7th, and asked me to call her another day to reschedule the procedure. A few days later, this same person called me saying that I did not show up to my appointment. I had an Endoscopy Dilation of the Esophagus Procedure because I had problems swallowing. I had a doctor by the name of Dr. Cory Brotz who was very nice.. I went to see him in April because my original doctor, Dr Moses left. I was so hurt. He was like family and very caring. On the other hand, Dr. Brotz listened and he scheduled me for my procedure for May 1 at 1:00 p.m. I received a call the day of my procedure if I want to come in earlier I could.
