I called in to schedule an appointment on 9/20/24. I advised the person that my insurance had changed. She informed me that they accept my new insurance, and put me in for 9/23/24. Upon arrival, I provided my ID and insurance to Margarita *receptionist*. She runs my information and stated they do not accept my insurance. The doctors seem great and know what they're doing. The receptionist I spoke with on the phone when making my appointment is another story. She repeatedly kept insisting I had a test done that I had never had done. I kept telling her I never did and told her repeatedly what was the test i had done and after the 3rd time I just said "I didn't have that but if that's what you wanna call it then sure" she also claimed they would be able to do the test my Primary care said I needed and referred me for. DR Cory BROTZ I don't recommend this doctor he doesn't listen to you he doesn't care to listen to you he doesn't give you a greeting he treats you like he's upset it's really sad to see that nowadays it's so difficult to find a good doctor who really loves his job and makes you feel like he cares their patients. OFFICE operator or management: Why do you have a phone if you are not going to actually answer it? -Have been trying to reach them for months ( not exaggerating) to make an appointment, no one answers the phone. -Called to get a refill, no one answered- primary doctor had to refill it until I could get an appointment. This is medical neglect. - Called to cancel a procedure because I was sick an didn't want to take someone else spot, couldn't find a person to actually cancel with. Left 4 voicemails. My visit today was less than mediocre. The lady at the front desk was extremely curt and dry. The scheduler made my appointment with pge rather than the in-network hospital for my insurance. They tried to charge me for an out of network deductible and copay. In the end, I left and need to reschedule with the correct facility where I'll have no deductible/copay. Insurance verifiers need to do their job and schedule correctly with people's insurance coverage!
