Philip Masters answered all my questions, answered the phone although he was sick when I called, held my hand and eased my nerves although I was leery because this was over the internet. All in All it took less than 45 days for the money to go into my account and for me to receive the checks to forward to my creditors I am just waiting for the the checks to clear with my creditors. I THINK HE SUCKS , WHEN HE HANDELED MY REFI I GOT SCREWED I TOLD HIM WHAT I NEEDED HE SAID IT WOULD BE NO PROBLEM IN THE END HE WAS THE ONE BENEFITTED I GUESS ITS MY FAULT FOR NOT INTERPRETING THE CONTRACT PROPERLY
