Great place for a three-generation family meal. Grandpa had his Martini just how he liked it. Mom loved her stir-fry, and the kids declared the mac and cheese top notch. And energetic but quiet dining room and excellent service topped off the night.

The PCG margarita and bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer were standouts - both outstanding!

We chose the Phoenix City Grille based on reviews and it definitely lived up to the hype. It looks unassuming in a strip mall, but don't be fooled. Our waiter, Jake, was pleasant and professional and did a great job serving our table. The wine selection was varied, the dishes we had were tasty (DH had short ribs and I had the halibut special) and the buttermilk pie is must! Really good meal in a pleasant neighborhood atmosphere. We will definitely return when we're in Phoenix again.
