This friendly neighborhood hangout feels like it's been around for much longer than it has. Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. Whatever the reason, you will feel comfortable and welcome here. The menu features large portions of all-American mains with Southwestern twists. Pizzas and light bites perfectly complement a glass of wine, beer or cocktail from the bar.

Creative, but not foolishly ambitions, food. Cozy, upscale grille atmosphere, but the good is well above what one would expect from a grille. Enthusiastic wait staff and skilled bartenders. They execute a sazerac better than all the bars I've visited on my travels. Oh, the crispy eggplant appetizer with reduced balsamic is worth the trip! Great asset for Phoenix.

An above average Bar and Grill. Good steak and ribs. The only negative was that they poured very short on their martini's. I said something to the waiter that brought the drink and had the bar add to it. Did not charge us for it.
We were seated a few minutes after our reservation, wait staff were very accommodating with special requests and substitutions we needed (dining with a picky eater), food was phenomenal! Not a bad bite. We shared queso. I had the cedar planked salmon with arugula salad and beets, went well with horseradish mashed potatoes. He got a southwest style chicken with grits with an amazing green chili sauce. All the food at other tables looked amazing too. Either I don't get out much or this was one of the best meals I'd had in a wh... read more
Ribs, fries, beet salad and butter milk pie are to die for.
Love the PCG! Wonderful first experience. Love the menu and it's overall design. Ambiance, wow! Will return!
There's a reason it's usually crowded....it's a great place in a good location. All the new places in the 7th St. and 16th St restaurant clusters still can't compete with PCG. Happy hour, romantic dinner, special occasion....PCG is your one stop destination.
