Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. Never been before. Took my mom and wife for mothers day. Great experience. It wasn't overly busy like other places. It's a hidden gem

We had a reservation for 7:30 so we were not concerned that we might be preventing them from closing for the evening. However, the service made us think otherwise. The 1st course came quickly after we placed our order, and then the mains arrived before we had finished eating the starters, so the plates were dropped on our table, which was none too large, along with the unfinished starters. Been coming here for years due to the relaxed feel but upscale look of the place. The food never disappoints-favorites are the corn griddle cake, the chicken asado and the boneless short rib entrée. Great special occasion, date or neighborhood gem.

This is our "go-to" restaurant for special occasions, lunch, happy hour, brunch, and any time. The food is always outstanding. The service is fantastic and everyone is very friendly. We have never been disappointed.
The food, wine, décor, and service at Phoenix Grill were superb. We visit it each time we are in Phoenix and are never disappointed.
