Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. Never fails. Awesome food in neighborhood favorite. They've added some new items but I can't resist their steak tacos and butter lettuce wedge. My husband loves their burgers. We also love the chili. Try the Bethany home salad as well. Did I mention the corn bread. And if you have room. Their buttermilk pie, oh my

Our family of 8 went out to celebrate a birthday and involved ages from 87 yrs old down to 7 yrs old. The food was great and service was wonderful. The adults enjoyed the wine list and had a lot of our favorites on the menu. We were placed close to the main door so it would crowd up at times and get noisey, but we could still carry on a conversation...just had to speak a bit louder. Great service & food-would recommend!
Outstanding food, service and a fun place to eat. Really good menue and I can't stress the service to much. Our server not only knew the menue and wine list well, she had s great personality This restaurant is a keeper. You've got to try the cornbread.

This is a great place. Although it does not have a large selection, the food they serve is excellent. The drinks were also good-not watered down. The service gets great kudos also. This was my first time to try out their brunch; very tasty!
