Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. I hadn't been to Phoenix City Grille in a long time. The food is still high caliber. Great menu. I love having an option of smaller plates. But, I can't say much about our server. I have no idea what his name was, he was very nondescript. We will definitely go back again. Its a good thing the food is as good as it is.
Brought friends to celebrate anniversary. Excellent service and all dishes were far beyond our expectations. Phoenix City Grille is definitely one of our new favorite places to bring our guests.

Two members of my party ordered the trout and that was all they talked about all night! Glad the fish was good, but it made the conversation a bit two dimensional.
There were 6 of us so we tried all 4 entrees that were offered on the special menu and all of them were excellent.
