This friendly neighborhood hangout feels like it's been around for much longer than it has. Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. Whatever the reason, you will feel comfortable and welcome here. The menu features large portions of all-American mains with Southwestern twists. Pizzas and light bites perfectly complement a glass of wine, beer or cocktail from the bar.

We like to meet friends there for dinner. We recommend the Phoenix City Grill.
Fantastic food, great prices, best low priced brunch on Saturday and Sundays, the owner is almost always there, that makes a difference. warm interior .
Phoenix City Grille never dissapoints me. They always have yummy food with a uplifting vibe in the restaurant. The owners are always so nice when we arrive and are usally the ones to greet us. Something we all enjoy is their hummus and bread! Bon Appetit!
As always, everything was delicious. Wonderful service, great specials, and the desserts are beyond special. It was VERY crowded Saturday night!
The inside of the resturaunt is great even though it is hidden in an unappealing strip mall. The parking lot was completly full and I had to park in the back of the strip mall which was a bit disconcerting for me. Prehaps valet should be offered if the lot is that full so you don't have to worry about your safety. The taco appetizer was great hoever it was dissapointing that there was only 2 small tacos instead of 4. The chili was mediocre, but spicy and the turkey club sandwhich was great. My wife stated that the bacon wrap... read more
Phoenix City Grille is a neighborhood gem! The food is amazing, whether small plates in the bar, burgers, (try the crispy eggplant "burger" with balsamic glaze and goat cheese...yum!), ribs or fancy entrees. They are all amazing!
I've been coming to PCG for years because the chef is always coming up with elegant, interesting, yummy, perfectly prepared dishes; the place is not so noisy that you can't have a conversation; they have comfortable tables; and a great wine list. You'll never have wilted lettuce in your salad. Everything is cooked to perfection. Often the wait staff leaves you in peace, although sometimes they're too attentive for my tastes. Highly recommend it.
My friend and I found this restaurant on Open Table!!! Boy were we delighted!!! We were only in Phoenix for two days for business and wanted to have a great meal after a long day of work. This place did not disappoint. The food was fresh and delicious. We couldn't have been happier.
As usual, delicious, beautiful presentation, excellent service. Valentine's evening may have been the busiest we've experienced, but service flow was like a well choreographed dance! I don't know how they do it. When we want the best fish dishes we go to our fave Phoenix City Grille. Though it is not an exclusively seafood restaurant, the chef always does an excellent job. We have never had a disappointment and have been going to PCG since their first week open.
