Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. What a truly terrific experience we had dining at the Phoenix City Grill. The team of people that tok care of us were professional, courteous, efficient, and fun. The food was absolutely amazing!! We are already making plans to visit again soon!!!

We are never disappointed at Phoenix City Grille. Actually have been dining there since day one of its presence! Their chef is outstanding -- knows how to do sea bass to perfection, and salmon, tilapia. The other dishes likewise are perfectly prepared and beautifully presented (and hot). The wait staff has NEVER been inefficient or unprofessional. Over the years we have had two milestone birthday parties and several office parties celebrating holidays. As always the Phoenix City Grill provided a great meal and service. I used open table and thirty minutes later we were directed, on time, to our table.
Great as always - service, food, selection.
Be sure to request salad dressing on the side for the butter lettuce wedge - a LOT of dressing on this salad. Also, take a flashlight, it is VERY dark in this restaurant. Overall, good menu, easy to please even picky eaters. Good central Phoenix location. Parking a bit tough, allow a few extra minutes.
