Poor experience and zero follow-up or attempt to fix the poor experience. Even after several 1.5 months of texting with the owner, Troy. Avoid this company, go with someone who will be around if there are problems with or after the instal. Oh, and they changed their name from Extreme Energy Solutions, probably because of problems like mine.
