We had to have renovation and restorative work done after significant water damage to our kitchen. The work completed by Phoenix Renovation and Restoration was top notch! Everything went very well. The GM, Steve Wilson, was friendly, understanding, professional and went out of his way several times to ensure things were done on time and to my satisfaction. The work was scheduled methodically ensuring that workers were not working on top of each other and no time was waisted. He made a horrible situation much better. Quite honestly he was able to get me to smile or laugh most days that he was here. That’s pretty hard to accomplish after being hit by a tornado and losing most everything.

Phoenix turned a horrible project into a pleasure. This company uses professional, curious, easy to work with people. Many companies will tell you no, cant do that. Phoenix says yes. Phoenix, please stay as you are. You are so wonderful to work with.

Our second time using Phoenix. Both were great! Initial analysis was right on and work started quickly. Some of the employees returned from our first project which added confidence we would get a thorough project...and we did.
