Level of communication was phenomenal. Professional and courteous by all employees. Appreciated both calls and text messages.
The work that Phoenix did teens out great! Bryan, Rich, and all the other trades that came on did a great job. Everything looks awesome. Bryan kept us updated on everything that was happening with the schedule and had everything fixed within 2 weeks!! Bryan added a missing piece of baseboard in the kitchen. Stained & put in place. All the people we dealt with were professional and knowlegeable. We did notice after dry wall was installed one area didn’t have insulation. We pointed it out to our contractor and the problem was fixed. I would definitely use them again.
Mike Wondra was the perfect rep for your company! He was easy to talk to, answered my questions, followed up on issues. The workers he sent were polite, hard workers, excellent in their craft! They cleaned up after themselves and always came on time. Mike always gave me confidence in the process. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and would recommend Mike and the company to others!

Progress was slow on the repairs, but all the work was done with excellence!
