I brought my daughter into a Physicians Care Walk-in Clinic in Pelham, AL, a couple of months ago, and I’ve been meaning to write this review since then. Just want you all to know that the care she received was personal, yet professional. We were greeted by Lawanda at the front desk with a big smile and welcome. She assisted me with the sign in system. The Ma/Rt, Denise, was extremely nice and was very thorough. The PA, Brittany Turner, was efficient and spent ample time with us to answer my questions. Everyone was very, friendly, patient and accommodating. I was having difficulty reaching My employer to assist in needed documentation to move forward with My physical , and the beautiful young Woman at the front desk was very patient. And instead of leaving Me unaware to the process and her needing to check Me out because of the timer for service, she came outside to let Me know the process. The nurse was fabulous. And the doctor was very caring and professional.
Overall, it was a great experience. The office is clean, all the staff are very nice and compassionate. I didn't hesitate to return here this time after a previous visit. I was a bit unhappy with the wait when, it appeared that, I was the only patient in the building at the time. All in all though, I was happy with my care and would return again.
Took a while, but they were packed, so that was to be expected. Be sure to use their appointment/save my spot. It’ll get you in quicker. Staff was nice and apologetic for the wait. Clean, and once I got back, the NP listened, did her exam, prescribed meds that were needed, and got me out asap. Definitely recommend.
Reserved a time. This was a joke. Had to wait almost 3 hours before I got called to a room. The nurse who gave me the shots, gave me no warning whatsoever and gave me both shots at the exact same time. And then snickered when I hollered out. Because she stabbed me. My hip hurt for almost 45 minutes. Will never recommend this place. We’ll never go back.
