Hello, I hope this review can help everyone and anyone reading it to understand how amazing this location is! Mainly, I would like to compliment or "shout out" three of the employees at this particular urgent care. First, it would be the amazing Lawanda who works at the front desk. She was very prompt when I asked for a copy of my lab results and so very polite. She made me feel safe and supported, even though we didn't speak very long, which I find very impressive! After being publicly shamed for having PTSD at Quick Care Family Medicine, I showed up to this place needing to see if I had a UTI. From the front desk lady (Lawanda) to the nurse (Kaitlyn) to the provider (Cody), everyone treated me kindly and respectfully. I am so thankful I didn't have to wait forever or answer a bunch of questions in front of other patients like I did at the first place I went to. I brought my daughter into a Physicians Care Walk-in Clinic in Pelham, AL, a couple of months ago, and I’ve been meaning to write this review since then. Just want you all to know that the care she received was personal, yet professional. We were greeted by Lawanda at the front desk with a big smile and welcome. Great staff all the way around, from the front desk to the exam room. Everyone was friendly , with wonderful personalities and treated me very well. I will be coming back in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone .
Used to be my go to urgent care, was quick and they always seemed to be thorough. Not quite sure what has changed but the last couple times myself or wife have gone it has been a 3+ hour ordeal. I’m actually sitting in the waiting room as I write this, one person ahead of me and I’ve been here for 45 minutes with no sign of movement. I cannot recommend coming here any longer, which is a shame. Time to find a new urgent care.
