Hello, I hope this review can help everyone and anyone reading it to understand how amazing this location is! Mainly, I would like to compliment or "shout out" three of the employees at this particular urgent care. First, it would be the amazing Lawanda who works at the front desk. She was very prompt when I asked for a copy of my lab results and so very polite. She made me feel safe and supported, even though we didn't speak very long, which I find very impressive! After being publicly shamed for having PTSD at Quick Care Family Medicine, I showed up to this place needing to see if I had a UTI. From the front desk lady (Lawanda) to the nurse (Kaitlyn) to the provider (Cody), everyone treated me kindly and respectfully. I am so thankful I didn't have to wait forever or answer a bunch of questions in front of other patients like I did at the first place I went to. I brought my daughter into a Physicians Care Walk-in Clinic in Pelham, AL, a couple of months ago, and I’ve been meaning to write this review since then. Just want you all to know that the care she received was personal, yet professional. We were greeted by Lawanda at the front desk with a big smile and welcome. We’ve used Physicians Care Walk-in clinic several times in the past few years and have always been so pleased by the quality and speed of care. However our last experience was not good. Apparently they no longer have a front desk person on weekends or evenings, you know the time you are most likely to use an urgent care. That means the only staff is the physician and assistant. Fabulous staff and care! I went in and barely could drive to appointment. Nurse practitioner Raegan Rogers is on top of her game. I was miss diagnosed in another state as a bad sinus infection. That was 3 weeks ago, and I got worse. Mrs. Rogers took time and checked all the boxes, and I have Flu A and Strep. Today I am feeling better than yesterday thanks to her.
