This was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve had in a long time. I felt like I was just a process instead of a patient, and my concerns were treated as if they weren’t valid. I was never given a physical exam — everything was hypothetical — and I left without answers to the questions I came in with. I went in yesterday for my DOT test, and I have to say; everyone there was incredibly professional, polite, and welcoming. But I especially want to highlight the receptionist; she was by far the most helpful and kind person I interacted with. She made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Thank you to the entire team for what you do. I’m not only recommending you to my friends and family, but I’m also looking forward to my next visit!
The best service. From front desk to the Patient Tech assisting with the needs and concerns of my daughter. They were caring, compassionate and thorough. The Xray Tech was patient and gentle with her foot that was needing images. The provider not only showed up what was found in the image but also explained it in great detail for us to understand. Will return again! Always feels like a happy place.
Grateful they are open on Sunday. Was super easy to schedule my appointment online, front desk was very friendly and quick to get me checked in and to the back. Care level was excellent and I was in and out in roughly 40 minutes.
I had a UTI while camping. I came and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very nice and cheerful. I got in and out in less than an hour as a walk-in patient. They've even called to see if things have improved on the antibiotics. I would highly recommend them again and use them if the need arises.
