I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service at this clinic. Instead of doing a Mantoux test for tuberculosis (intradermal test), I was accidentally injected with a drug intravenously. The medical professional not only performed the procedure incorrectly, but also inserted the needle in a completely different place than is appropriate for such a test. I made a great choice to get care for my father. Not only was the Nurse Practitioner attentive but the display of concern from the assistant & the kindness from the front desk clerk. We felt assured to get the right treatment & medical advice. Relieved they were open late as well. Thank you all for your wonderful service.

This place is joke. I understand it is a clinic and some illness/injury take priority above others. What I cannot accept is the ATTITUDE given to the customers. I scheduled an appointment for a time and when I arrive I am led to a room and told the doctor would be right there. After an hour of waiting there with my child, I go find someone who then tells me that the doctors are on lunch! I understand this, but why did you schedule me during your lunch hours? I am met with attitude about how the doctors need to eat. Ag... read more

I went here after slipping and falling on ice. After looking at a few reviews, I decided to come here for the first time. Got there at 8:03am and door was locked. I waited outside, and a young lady was walking in. I asked if they were open, and she responded, "Yes. I guess everyone's late today. Consider this your warning: avoid this place at all costs. I had a $20 copay, twenty dollars, and their payment system was down the day of my visit. The front desk staff told me not to worry, they'd send an invoice. That invoice never came. No follow-up. No call. No email. Nothing. Months later, I get a notice that they’ve sent me to collections over that $20.
