Yesterday I went to this clinic for my stitches removal. The doctor / Nurse who attended me did this job well. She evaluated my wound and gave me proper suggestions. I am thankful for her patience in handling my situation. Thank you so much.
Best urgent care walk in clinic I have been to! The front desk staff are very friendly and patient, this is exactly what a clinic needs when people are arriving in hopes to ease their ailments. Even one of the doctors stepped in to manage the front desk at one point! This tells you how friendly and how accommodating they are. This is one of my favorite urgent care centers. It's worth driving the 40 minutes for me vs. 10-15 minutes for the ones closer to my home. They are run very well and you feel well taken care of. The only negative is that even though I made an appointment the day before, I still had to wait over an hour. I realize that's far better than the 2 hour plus wait most people can experience at urgent cares, though! Highly recommend.
The Staff was very nice. However I am very upset with the treatment my daughter received. The doctor quickly looked at her ears and throat saying she was fine. We ended up in the ER the next day. My daughter has a double ear infection that was immediately spotted. Urgent care doesn't meant rushed service. Take your time with patients, we are trusting you.
Attentive and respectful staff from the front office to the attending physician. Fast service and informative team. Quick service and timely intake by my appointment time. I give them 4 because: I thought the environment could be given a bit of face lift. Reception walls looked scratched and with dark spots. The intake room (by the nurse for vitals) was dusty.
