In a week my family ended up at the ER 4 times, thank you CoVid. It is not the first time we use this facility and we have always been extremely happy with the care provided and received. Doctors and nurses, as well as the receptionists are professionals and ready to help in any way possible. We are very pleased with them and would recommend the facility.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Chilton and his staff. I arrived in need of quick help and I was ushered through immediately and helped through my issue with extreme care, patience, and concern. Due to the nature of my emergency, I was extremely concerned and anxious. Dr. Chilton and his two staff members really put me at ease. i was very pleased with everyone at the Cibolo ER. I appreciate people that care and do their jobs. Dr. Cerna, Debbie Martinez, Carlos Perez were very professional and friendly. I could tell how much they cared. I was impressed with the receptionists Annette and Theresa also. I would highly recommend this facility. Thank You and God Bless..

Do not go here if you actually have an emergency or major medical issues. I went to this emergency room because I happened to be working across the street when I got a bad pain in my abdomen which I thought could be from difficulties from a surgery I had a week and half prior to place a stent. After I was admitted Dr. Hilliard said there was nothing he could do for me because he wasn't familiar with my case and made no attempt to obtain any information from the hospital I had the surgery at, then proceeded to tell me he woul... read more

They will do whatever they can to get you out even give you unhealthy drugs without knowing if that's the case. Yeah and not transparent that they're giving you a black box drug... typical hospital I guess as one of their nurses said We don't treat or diagnose people here we just get rid of their symptoms and send them away
