With all due respect, I came to the Urgent Care to be seen by a physician, not a PA. It's ridiculous that after the initial nurse took my Vitals , it was a PA who was diagnosing and treating me. I had serious breathing issues and she didn't even tell me to take off my sweatshirt to listen to my lungs. I have nothing against PA's, but please don't let the PA be the only provider the patient sees. I would have liked to speak to and be examined by the physician as well.
I had my DOT (Department of Transportation) physical here and it turned into a huge, uncalled for fiasco. Bad communication between my health care provider and these people. My Veterans doc and nurse were sent thru unnecessary loops and tests to comply with this doctor. Paperwork was "lost" and misfiled. Their attitude was that it was not their problem and very arrogant. they need an extra dr in here waiting for over two hours on sunday with my daughter and then back in on wed with my daughter now been here another two hours still havent been seen. The staff is very kind but its way to slow

BEWARE!!!!!!!! They automatically billed me a month later for $298 without my authorization and overdrew my account. I never even received a bill. I will never come back! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!!HORRIBLE PLACE find somewhere else to go!!!!!!!!!!!
Absolute WORST experience of my entire life at a medical facility. As a background, I am 25 years old and have had some unique medical issues with my heart and circulatory system. I have been to many specialists, cardiologists, neurologists, you name it.
