This business leaves a lot to be desired. The medical part of it seems to be OK, but the wait times are absolutely terrible even when you have a confirmed appointment scheduled. Of course, they don't bother to tell you what the wait time is until they have all of your medical information. We had an appointment scheduled for 12:20 P.M. and after they had all of the information they needed they informed us that the wait time was at least 2 hours. Why bother to make an appointment????
