BEWARE, you have to pay for your appointment upfront even if you have medical insurance. AND good luck getting your overpayment after the insurance has paid. I have called twice and still waiting on a check to come in the mail. They want their money but have no regard of getting your money back to you. The service was good but I would never go back due to having to pay upfront and the run around of trying to get your money refunded. I generally don't post negative reviews. I'll just brush one bad experience off and think it's just a coincidence. But this time is different. We went here to have our two young boys checked out for flu like symptoms. We have a $0 copay but were told we have to pay $200 per child (we have 2 so $400) to be seen. I don't understand first off why we are having to pay if we pay for insurance. A month later still waiting to get reimbursed. Forced me to pay the FULL amount of deductible, $135, before even submitting it to my insurance (this is different than copay which I understand). They said if I have overpaid, I will get a refund. They would not see me unless I paid. Pretty sure this practice is illegal. I looked it up, and I think they can ask, but cannot demand. Only redeeming factor was the assistant who saw me before the NP was amazing. And front desk was only doing their job, but corporate is making some bad decisions. Took my daughter here cause she had a cold the nurse told me everything was fine with her just change her food a little. Ended up wanting a second opinion because I knew something was up she ended up having a double ear infection an got sent in an antibiotic do not recommend this place. My baby is 9 months old a they said she was fine. Trash
I went here on September 22nd. and was forced to pay over $100 dollars to even be seen when my copay is $25 and I had been told I would be refunded after insurance processed (which they paid last month, it is now November). I now, cannot get through to speak to anyone regarding this issue. On top of this, my labs came back negative so when I went to my actual doctor who then did the SAME tests, my tests came back POSITIVE and I was finally able to get the treatment I needed.
