i had a really great experience here today at urgent care. the doctors took really good care to actually explain what could be happening, and referred me to a specialist. i actually felt heard, and felt like they cared. vs other immediate care facilities that i went ti (for the same issue) where they are just trying to get you out the door as quick as possible. bot to mention how clean it was here it made me feel very comfortable!!! i really appreciate the kindness, care and patience i received at this facility. thank you al... read more
I was sent here due to an injury at work. I was very impressed by my entire experience. I was able to hold a place in line/appointment online through their website. The staff and the doctor were all fantastic. The girl that did my x-ray imaging was very friendly and really seemed to like her job. The facility was very clean with plenty of space to sit, and it and well managed. Staff was pleasant. Not a long wait and easy registration. The doctor, PA and nurses were very attentive and took time with me and explained everything thoroughly. I was very happy with my care!
Very satisfied. Paul, the PA was thorough, pleasant and patient. Front desk and medical assistants were very helpful and pleasant. I had to wait a long time for xray tech to finish and drive back from Mt. Pleasant. She must have a very hectic schedule, but gentle with me. Records for surgeon were ready the next day.
So I went in there a few days ago because of a cough and burning in my chest, which usually means a case of bronchitis. I was very tired and having problems breathing when moving around. Saw a PA and was told they don’t hear anything so they gave me an inhaler and a pill for the cough. So fast forward to today, I ended up in the emergency room. They too did not hear anything in my lungs but decided to do an x-ray and lo and behold, I have pneumonia. Something which I’m pretty sure I had when I was in there. Before this, I ne... read more
