I was forced to go here for a pre-employment screening and it was one of the worst medical experiences of my life. The staff was unable to operate the testing equipment properly, and messed up my audio screening. After telling me everything was great and that I’d passed, I received a call a week later saying that they had no record of my test results. Yesterday (11/12/2023), my son was sick and needed to be seen and tested for strep, because he was showing the classic symptoms of strep. I made an online appointment and drove to the clinic. The website and the door of the building both state the clinic hours are 8am to 8pm. His appointment was 9:07am. I completed the check-in information ahead of time online and texted HERE when I arrived 10 minutes early as instructed. However, the building was locked, and the lights were off. They were all very kind, and I was in and out within the hour! Highly recommend. And you pay your copay up front so no worry about a bill in the mail and not knowing how much it will be! Very satisfied and will be going again if I need to. Good job! And thank you! I’m already feeling better!
This review is for billing issues only - the staff at location were lovely. I had to pay a $176 copay upfront then my insurance would be applied and i would be reimbursed. My insurance paid them 3 days after visit but it's 3 months later and i have yet to be refunded. I had to call to initiate reimbursement in the first place, was told it would be put back on my debit card in about 3 business days. Gave it a week and called again, they said they would issue check. Excellent and professional care! I have gone here three times now and all experiences have been great. One of those times was during a National Holiday, I couldn't find any other option including my primary care provider that day, but Physicians Urgent Care was there for me. The office is very well kept, the staff is great, and I highly recommend them for anyone seeking urgent care needs. Also, I love the ability to set my appointment time on-line for urgent care.
