The experience was all positive. I was taken back promptly . The therapist was very competent and knowledgeable. The outcome was very good . I will go there again if needed.

Before I had my knee replacement I visited a few PT centers. I decided on Physio West because the staff was friendly, welcoming, and I got to tour and watch some interaction with some patients and was impressed with their warm professional care. I worked with Courtney and expressed I wanted to get the most out of the therapy sessions. She was amazing. She was empathetic and motivating . She went over a plan with me and gave me homework. I had 10 sessions at Physio West with Courtney and Chris. I had back pain 6 months after a hip replacement. Not sure if they were related, but I finished my sessions back pain free and feeling much much stronger. Courtney was my main therapist and she was terrific. She got right to the heart of my needs and addressed them in a most productive and professional manner. She is kind, compassionate and a great listener. The facility is clean, sunny and happy. I’m extremely happy with the whole experience.

I arrived at Phisio barely able to walk. Diagnosed With bursitis. Attended two sessions a week for one month. With the knowledgeable help of staff there I now can walk two miles with ease and I’m back on the golf course. Thank you Ashley Newman and thank you Phisio!

Jules is not only an awesome occupational therapist but also just an all around great person in general and I'm so glad to have worked with her. I was very intimidated getting started but she was such a gem and I found the sessions flew right by. My years long shoulder and elbow pain are now 90% gone after just a few months and on top of that I know so much more about how my body works thanks to her expertise and her patience with my non stop questions. 10/10 would go again but fingers crossed I won't have to!
