My husband and I lived here for a year and we loved it. Beautiful high ceilings, wood floors, and awesome natural light. The only reason we left was because of out of state relocation. Management is super friendly and you do almost everything online. Some of the best memories we had in Florida were in this apartment. I miss this place so much!
The management team at Picadilly Flats has been very helpful and provide a great experience. Jackie and Jason do a wonderful job and are always quick to respond to any issues. Richard goes above and beyond with all maintenance requests. Excellent service team all around.
Had a wonderful experience at Picadilly! Management is friendly and responsive. It’s rare to find an apartment with a management team that actually makes you want to live there. The apartments are adorable and the neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe. You couldn’t ask for a better place to live!
My review is mostly based on my interaction with the new property management team, McKinley Properties. I signed my lease for my unit from a previous property management team, Redbridge Realty, and they were incredibly awesome. However, once McKinley took over everything went straight down the toilet. In my opinion, all they care about is bringing in new tenants and once you're a resident they won't take care of you at all.
