Our AC went out on the hottest day in ***** ******* was scheduled within 4 hours of calling! We needed to replace our unit with a new AC/heat pump. The entire experience was impressive, from sale of the new unit; communication throughout the process; and the installation. Everyone was respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. They guaranteed a 1-day install and they delivered on it! I highly recommend this company.
Our heat pump died on the hottest day this April, with a house full of company. We called PR Cooling the very next morning, and we had a new heat pump in three days. Everyone was so helpful. We would recommend them in a heartbeat.
I bought a new A/C and Furnace . The installers were very pleasant and professional. This is my go-to company from now on.
We had Martin come out and replace the Water Pressure Reducing Valve which quite working. Our house water pressure was up to 120lbs. He was very professional and completed the job in less time than others have in the past. He knew what he was doing and did a very professional job. We will defiantly use Picture Rocks and Martin again!
