There was an awful smell in the ceiling of our garage for several days, we thought it had to be a dead animal. We called several businesses asking for help with locating and removing the source of the smell. The team at pied piper responded the very next day - they were quick and efficient. They found two dead squirrels! Most places I called wouldn't even take on a job like this. Pied Piper responded just minutes after I reached out about a growing ant problem. They were incredibly responsive, asked great questions, helped me understand the issue and possible sources, and reviewed what mitigation would look like (along with a reasonable cost range). It's great to work with a company that is competent, responsible (regarding pets and other animals), and confident in their treatments.

I just met with John. Very professional and very knowledgeable and personable guy. We have been with another big name company for the last 25 years and we just felt we needed to check out what else is out there. Needless to say we are making the switch to Pied Piper. I learned more from John in 30 minutes than I did from the other big name company the past 25 years. A company that actually cares about my issues not just looking for that check.

Two techs from Pied Piper came out a few weeks ago to get rid of some yellow jacket nests for my neighbor and I. They were incredibly nice, responsive, best prices in the Central Pa area and got rid of all 7 nests completely. They were a much better price than our local pest control company. So grateful! Wonderful service provider!
