Everyone from the front desk to discharge was very friendly and knowledgeable. Quicker service would have been appreciated. But a lot of the time used made been because I was familiar with checking in on my phone so took me longer than it should have. I appreciated the front desk was very helpful in helping me complete it. This was an excellent experience from start to finish. We were greeted immediately and seen within minutes of our arrival. The entire staff was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They helped my daughter feel better and got us back into our day in less than an hour! Nurse Junienne Richardson was PHENOMENAL and her calm demeanor and soothing tone helped my daughter and me calmly overcome a challenging morning.

My daughter expressed to her father and I that she wanted to go to urgent care because she had concerns with her breathing. Registration was quick and simple, which was done online on her phone. She was called within 15 minutes. She was seen by Dr. Raquel Parker. Dr. Parker was an absolute gem! She was very warm, friendly and thorough. The staff was great as well. I went into this urgent care facility in McDonough and I was so called serviced by a Nurse Practitioner by the name of Michelar Taylor-Jackson. She is very unprofessional and lazy, she refused me the pain shot medication that I needed for my dental abscess cause of my extreme pain, she had an nasty attitude with me and she was pissing me off trying to tell me how my body works like I don’t know my own body.
