Would absolutely not recommend this property management company. It’s damn near impossible to get a hold of someone, they don’t address the issues you bring up. They took over the property I had been renting for 9 YEARS and I left within 6 months or so after they took over. They didn’t address the issues I had brought up until I gave my notice. Pierce Management Group (PMG) does an awesome job managing my rental property for me. For a relatively small amount of money, they take care of everything for me from property maintenance to dealing with the local or state issues. They have access to much more resources than I. Example. I wanted to have new flooring installed in the kitchens, I gave PGM a call. They took care of finding a good reputable contractor, and arranging install with the tenants. I’ve been a customer since 2016 and wouldn’t think of having anyone else manage my properties. They make everything easy and provide peace of mind. As a guy working two jobs it wouldn’t be possible to have the life style I do, without the services of pierce management. Cant recommend them enough.
They promise one thing to get you in , then don’t do it and use an excuse that it wasn’t for this property. Keep their mess in hallways for months and when I ask them to remove it , I’m sent a message to remove all things from common areas . Meanwhile it is their stuff . Nothing but lies to get your money ! Landlords need to save their money on these companies .
