Prompt answering calls, prompt delivery when our tank ran out, also they sent a team to light the tank when the flame when out pretty quickly. Areas for improvement: They collected payment from our card on file before sending us the invoice. It was annual rental of two tanks at $120 each. I wish they sent an invoice or receipt with the details before collecting payment.
I had an issue with my generator during a power outage and was told it might be due to propane levels. Even though the tanks were fine, Pilgrim Propane sent two technicians out late on a Friday to double-check everything and had a truck out the very next morning to top them off. I could not be more pleased with their fast, dependable service.

Edilon is the best. Had heating tank issue and he was able to fix the issue as soon as possible. Reasonable price, highly professional and great customer service. I would highly recommend pilgrim propane over any other company out there.
They are a very responsible and responsive company that we have used for 5 years in the Scituate area. Not a thing is lacking -except their website, which for the 1st time trying to use, can't access at all today (maybe a fluke?). Highly recommend.
