I've had a fantastic experience living at this apartment complex! I have previously lived at a Silverman and Company property and absolutely love their communities. From day one, the application process was incredibly seamless and stress-free—everything was clear, quick, and handled professionally. One of the biggest highlights here is the amazing staff. We love living here! It’s our 3rd time renting from the same company. It’s all brand new at this property and the construction will be ending soon and everything will be amazing. Anytime there is an issue, they resolve it. I just call Alex and she makes it happen. Clubhouse is great, has working pods, plenty of hanging out space and a great fitness center. ( & doggy spa 🐾)Has beautiful pool & outdoor space!
I stopped by and was greeted by rude rental lady. I was considering largest attached unit based on where I rent today. She insulted me from the key fob comment and "did I make an appointment". I stopped after seeing the banners outside that leasing is open and all I wanted was the website. The place is overpriced for the sizes compared to Four Bridges, Mason Grand, Liberty Center or Palmera. I retired a couple years back at 57, after selling my family home in Mason. I do not recommend this apartment building to anyone. I filled out the application a month ago, but the answer came only at the end of the month. It is time for me to move to another apartment, but they do not give it to me. I asked for help, but they did not want to help me. I filled out the application twice and paid twice.
I’ve had great experiences there for live tour with Mary, she showed us everything that we wanted to see. We would love to be part of Pimlico’s family
