Had an ear wax removal appointment at Pindrop Hearing today and honestly it was such a good experience. I was running a tiny bit late but Fiona at reception was really lovely and welcoming. Harry, the audiologist, was great - really friendly, explained everything clearly and took his time with the checks. The whole appointment felt easy and comfortable and I left feeling well looked after and reassured. I’ll definitely be going back for yearly check-ups. Highly recommend!
Ms Elizabeth Kingsmith is the best consultant I’ve seen so far at Pindrop Hearing in Harley Street. I’m one of their older clients (in both senses!), so this is saying something. Elizabeth had noted my email following my previous appointment and was well-prepared for this one today. Booking in with Pindrop harley street was very straightforward and efficient and the entire process was very professional. My appointment with the lovely and incredibly informative Celine, left me feeling very reassured about my hearing ability. Couldn't recommend enough!
Pindrop Harley Street is a great place to get your hearing needs assessed. I’ve been going there for over five years and have found them professional and very helpful in getting new hearing aids and maintaining their quality. All the audiologists I’ve had have been great and Céline is no exception. Recently I’ve had my hearing assessed and new hearing aids - smaller and more powerful than ever! Well worth the cost, particularly with the thorough aftercare plan.
I took my 6-year-old son for a hearing test, and we had a great experience. Harry was very friendly and absolutely wonderful with children. He made my son feel comfortable and the whole process was smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend!
