Had an ear wax removal appointment at Pindrop Hearing today and honestly it was such a good experience. I was running a tiny bit late but Fiona at reception was really lovely and welcoming. Harry, the audiologist, was great - really friendly, explained everything clearly and took his time with the checks. The whole appointment felt easy and comfortable and I left feeling well looked after and reassured. I’ll definitely be going back for yearly check-ups. Highly recommend!
I had a fantastic experience at Pindrop. Fiona was brilliantly welcoming. Elizabeth was really understanding of my hearing problems and helped to explain to me what was going on with my ears. She is clearly very knowledgable. I also had a micro-suctioning treatment that was performed expertly. My ears have never felt cleaner and healthier!
Ms Elizabeth Kingsmith is the best consultant I’ve seen so far at Pindrop Hearing in Harley Street. I’m one of their older clients (in both senses!), so this is saying something. Booking in with Pindrop harley street was very straightforward and efficient and the entire process was very professional. My appointment with the lovely and incredibly informative Celine, left me feeling very reassured about my hearing ability. Couldn't recommend enough!
I saw Harry Akram at Pindrop Hearing and had a really good experience. The clinic on Harley Street is modern and welcoming, and I felt comfortable as soon as I arrived. Harry was friendly, professional, and took the time to listen properly. He gave me clear advice and guidance that I can now take to my GP to help with my tinnitus. Overall, I left feeling more informed and reassured. Would definitely recommend.
