Booking in with Pindrop harley street was very straightforward and efficient and the entire process was very professional. My appointment with the lovely and incredibly informative Celine, left me feeling very reassured about my hearing ability. Couldn't recommend enough!
Visited Pindrop in Harley Street. There is a lift in this building if you can't use the stairs. Efficient check in by Fiona. She asked us if we wanted a drink. Nice touch. I Saw Harry/Hari who did my hearing tests and he reassured me every step with what was going to happen in the tests. At the end he explained all the results to us. Very knowledgeable and he advised me on any other support that I may require. My results were sent that day to my consultant. I visit the folks at Pindrop on a fortnightly basis They are always super friendly and extremely professional Fiona in particular is amazing!! Always offering cups of coffee, chocolate, biscuits and a chance for a good laugh and chat!! Well done everyone It’s a shame the ratings only go To 5*!! It should be 10
I've been using Pindrop as my audiologist for over a decade and have always felt confident I'm getting the best care possible from the whole team. Their service level, professionalism, friendliness and knowledge are all first rate. It's good that they offer a dedicated audiologist too. I had an appointment earlier today and despite the chaos caused by the tube strike both Georgia and Christina were there early. Christina is not only efficient and professional but very good at explaining what she is doing, and why. And Georgia is charming and welcoming. As “medical” appointments go this was as good as it gets!
