Booking in with Pindrop harley street was very straightforward and efficient and the entire process was very professional. My appointment with the lovely and incredibly informative Celine, left me feeling very reassured about my hearing ability. Couldn't recommend enough!
I found Christina to be very professional and thorough in explaining to me the process of the tests being done and then explaining the findings of the test. She listened carefully and noted down what I said and made additional notes when I comment on something. I felt comfortable at all times, would highly recommend
I visit the folks at Pindrop on a fortnightly basis They are always super friendly and extremely professional Fiona in particular is amazing!! Always offering cups of coffee, chocolate, biscuits and a chance for a good laugh and chat!! Well done everyone It’s a shame the ratings only go To 5*!! It should be 10
I've been using Pindrop as my audiologist for over a decade and have always felt confident I'm getting the best care possible from the whole team. Their service level, professionalism, friendliness and knowledge are all first rate. It's good that they offer a dedicated audiologist too. I visited Pindrop Hearing recently to have my ears cleared of wax. As I have narrow ear canals this is not always a straightforward endeavour, but Elizabeth Kingsmith did a fabulous job. There was absolutely no discomfort and I was very grateful for her perseverance when one ear turned out to be very stubborn in terms of allowing itself it to be cleared.
