Booking in with Pindrop harley street was very straightforward and efficient and the entire process was very professional. My appointment with the lovely and incredibly informative Celine, left me feeling very reassured about my hearing ability. Couldn't recommend enough!
Just finished my ear-wax removal with Elizabeth and it was excellent. She was gentle, professional, and explained everything clearly. The whole process was quick, comfortable, and my hearing feels so much better. Highly recommended

I’ve been a patient at Pindrop for many years and I’m continuously impressed by not only their skills as audiologists but also their customer service. My most recent appointment, to fix an issue with one of my hearing aids, was with Harry Akram who did a great job, fixed the problem quickly and was really kind. I can’t recommend Pindrop Hearing highly enough!
I was recommended to come here by my GP. I had no specific problems but wanted to better understand my hearing. I went through a range of tests, including having ear wax removed. The consultant, Celine, gave me a clear analysis of my hearing. Some of the information confirmed what I had assumed but I did discover mild hearing loss.
