After years of experience with a High Street audiologist, I have found what a true professional, thorough and most friendly audiologist service looks (and sounds) like. Pindrop meets and exceeds all expectations in each of those attributes. Each of the 3 audiologists I have been helped by at Pindrop in testing, prescribing and adjusting my hearing aids has been absolutely top class. I recommend them without reservations and with great enthusiasm.

I attended a hearing test at 41 Harley Street and was looked after by Christina. She was very kind, gentle and helpful, so that the test was relaxed and not surprisingly, gave good results! I was very impressed by the experience and would highly recommend Pindrop hearing.

Amazing, receptionist was clear what would be involved, booked in the next morning and Elizabeth, I think, made it an effortless visit and much needed trip. Super helpful, informative and very professional, would 100% recommend if have any ear concerns. Mine was some trapped wax from months ago, which the NHS sadly couldn't remove. I didn't have to blink with these guys. Thank you again.

I have been coming to Pindrop Hearing for the past five years and always have a good experience. The staff are helpful and obliging and respond very quickly to any requests. I have seen several audiologists who have all been excellent. The last two times I have seen Christina who is really fantastic. Very patient, a good explainer who will go out of her way to make sure that the patient understands the tests, processes and equipment as well as going through new hearing aids. I was so impressed by the service and caring response by Georgia with whom I had my initial contact and helped me make an appointment, and then the audiologist Shivanie who was efficient, informative and professional. I felt reassured and would not hesitate to recommend PinDrop and these impressive ladies . Thank you both !
