This review is to document the most unacceptable dealership service experience I’ve ever had. In regards to a electrical wiring harness and air suspension hose that was chewed up by a squirrel, Pine Belt Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Service Manager Colby Williamson, explicitly told me that they do not perform repairs on this type of damage and that they only do full replacements. We start with Kandace as our seller and she was amazing but when we decided to pull the trigger on the car the next day, she was off work and Charles finished the process. Both sellers were awesome and helped us any way they could including initially offering to drive to us to show the vehicle and test drive it. Really good dealership to work with. Pine Belt was fantastic to deal with. As an out of state buyer looking for a super clean used truck they were very helpful and attentive and even when the first truck fell through, they got another for me quickly and the deal was done. The truck ended up better than pictures, and they did a fantastic job cleaning it up and correcting any minor issues.
