Melanie is a great land lord. She keeps this place nice and clean, she does what the owners require of her, she has real concern for families living here. We recommend this complex.
Other renters are wonderful! Staff is amazing, the main leaser (Melanie) will invade privacy and come at you with an attitude! Don't recommend unless they find a different person for the role!
Melanie has been wonderful with answering all my questions and helping me with my experience at Pine Forest. I have been at the apartments almost 2 years now, as I have just renewed my lease. The neighbors are kind and friendly. I have only ever had one problem in my apartment which they had someone come out quickly and efficiently to handle. Very happy to call Pine Forest home!
First off, most of these 1star reviews are being left by people who were made to leave due to breaking the rules. No sense in being petty. I've been here almost a year, just signed my lease for another year and I love it here. My kids love it here. Rich and Melanie have done an amazing job at fixing this place up and getting rid of the riff raff. Melonie is great. She cares about her tenants and the state of their apartment. Every problem she has corrected. She is empathetic, caring and good natured. I have lived there four years and she has taken great care of us, our apartment and the property! Thanks Melonie for being your awesome self!
