I have been at this program for about 7 years and I can say that with the newest director Dexter Wade and the current staff they have taken substance abuse treatment to a whole other level. They treat you with respect and go out of there way to make sure you get your medication no questions asked. Without the help of the staff, director included in my darkest days I would not be where I am today.
I absolutely love the place. I went to other clinics because I moved further away but decided to stay here Even though the drive is longer it's still worth it. Especially over the past several months it is only gotten better and better. The nurses are accurate, kind, understanding, and do the best that they can to help you. I have been going to Pine Heights for some time. The staff has been so great, and really helpful. Staff takes the time to get to know you on a personal level, and they always have resources available if and when needed. I appreciate everyone who works there.
I have been a patient here for four years and I'm hoping that the bad days are gone for good. The Director Mr. Dexter is awesome. I love seeing the staff happy and spreading great Recovery every day. Its not just a place to get medicated. Thank you Mr. Dexter and all the Nurses and counselors that keep it real. Keep doing all the good that your doing. Its working!
I've been coming here for a long time now. Mr wade has helped me save my job by helping me fill out paperwork I could only do here. He has been in my opinion the best director at pine heights I have ever seen, and I have seen many different directors at pine heights and by fall he is the best, he goes beyond anyone's expectations in a big way!!
