Ok Pineridge is decent they have reasonable pricing, the south point area is nice walking distance from south point mall, Tobacco Road trail, i40. I great location definitely. Walking distance from food Walgreens Kroger and lots more. The one bedroom rooms are small but if you are looking for a mediocre place but cheapest pricing the 1brdrms are a good choice. Now the town home a great!
Don’t do it. Other than getting an e-mail at least every month about burglary and neighbors complaining that you are in ‘their’ parking spaces..I loved the actual townhome itself other than no cabinet space in the kitchen & the dog park being tiny.. but when we were ready to leave (spending multiple days cleaning before our final day there because we were wanting part of our $600 deposit back) we had paid the $300 deposit and $300 pet deposit they also asked for over $380 to cover the other cleaning expenses and replacing th... read more
