I had one of the best dental visits I’ve ever experienced! From start to finish, the team was fantastic. Jasmina made sure everything was perfectly prepared for me, and Aida was such a joy—funny and lively! Geraldine was incredibly nice, and Dr. Roxanna was so sweet and made me feel completely at ease. The entire staff made the experience comfortable and stress-free. I’d give them 10/10 and highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you all for making my visit amazing!
I haven’t been to the dentist in a very long time as I have a huge fear of the dentist, doctor, anything. However. It got to a point where I knew I needed to go. This office from the beginning to the end was a wonderful experience. I was able to schedule online which is so helpful, and when I went in for my appt the office was so inviting. The receptionist was kind, my hygienist was above and beyond. I wish I could remember her name. But she made everything so comfortable and I was able to relax. I definitely appreciate their patience, the energy and the understanding they definitely know what they’re doing. A judgement free zone as I haven’t seen a dentist in two years so I needed lots of work done. I had an wonderful experience so I’ll be going to Pine Ridge for all my current and future dental work
My mom just went for her a 9:00am appointment scheduled for a regular cleaning with x-rays. Instead the office tried to force her to do a deep cleaning which is almost $300 with insurance when my mom denied the deep cleaning, they proceeded to deny her service and the dental hygienist did not want to perform the regular cleaning which was no charge under her insurance then turning my mother away with nothing done at all.
Best dental place I've ever been to. Jasmina was very helpful and thoughtful about my needs and concerns and extremely knowledgeable. The team was also very welcoming and nice, thank you guys! I'll always come to you guys moving forward.
