Overall You Get What You Pay For I rented a 1 bed and 1 bath apartment. It was “renovated” with new floors. I had old appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher) that weren’t in good condition, and were never fixed, even when I had contacted maintenance. The property was usually uncared for, with trash always being left on lawns and inside of the building hallways. The washing/dryer machines were hit or miss and didn’t work 99% of the time. Not worth it I’ve been here for 2 years and it’s definitely not worth it. The kids in this complex are awful and their parents don’t watch them. They break glass everywhere and set fires outside. Management is annoying and doesn’t do much. The apartments are way over priced compared to what they have to offer, which isn’t much. Also there is not a gym here so I’m not sure why they have that listed on here.
