Audra Monk with Pineapple Escapes is a wonderful travel agent! She took the time to communicate with all members of my family so that we all knew what was going on and were all on the same page. We have used Pineapple Escapes, and Samantha, for several vacations now and have been nothing but impressed with the customer service. She takes the time to listen to all our interests and helps us plan the perfect trip for us (whether it's a couples getaway or a family vacation). Lisa planned such an amazing trip for me during the holidays that provided peace and solace with fun infused adventure. She is so attentive and caring down to every detail. Eva was awesome to work with when arranging our trip to Bali. She planned an itinerary that met our needs and expectations. Very patient and responsive. We had to redo the trip and Eva gladly handled rebooking us. She was extremely supportive and responsive throughout the trip which helped me tremendously.
