As far as I can tell maintenance did a good job replacing the furnace thermostat. Reported the problem on Saturday and the thermostat was replaced the following Monday.
If you dont have a dog, no worries. You get to listen to your neighbors dog play around making a bunch of noise all day. Oh and in case you were wondering, the neighbors are just as loud also.
My water heater went out on New Year’s Day and I had to call the emergency line, they sent someone out and he was awesome. I did not catch his name unfortunately, but he explained to me why it kept going out and how to fix it. I’m very thankful for his help and assistance, especially having to come out on a holiday.
This was my partner’s and my first ever apartment and I feel so lucky to have found such an amazing one. Probably some of the most inconsiderate neighbors I've ever lived next to. Constant slamming doors and stomping around.
