I had All my application and paperwork in order and I was ready to submit it, but wanted to have the peace of mind and try to get it approved from the first try. Michelle was assigned to my case. This has been the worse experience of my life. I unfortunately obtained the service of Pines & Pines at the strength of a referral. I wish I had done my due diligence before paying for representation that I did not receive. Upon complaining to Eric Pines about the lack of communication and forthcoming information regarding my case from Ms. Moreno, felt as though he blew me off.
