I contacted Pines Federal on April 10, 2025, and consulted with attorney Amanda Moreno on April 15 regarding my federal reasonable accommodation case. I was told a letter to my employer would be drafted and sent the next day. What followed was weeks of silence, unanswered emails, missed calls, and repeated promises with no follow through. Attorney Michael Kleinman helped me with my EEO/disability discrimination case. I was able to get the reasonable accommodation that was denied as well as reimbursement for all of the lawyer fees. From the bottom of my heart, do not go to Pines Federal. I am begging you. I am confident the negative reviews would be tenfold, but unfortunately so many of us are exhausted from not only fighting a legal battle but fighting to get any communication from Amanda Moreno and Michael Kleinman. I started with PF in the fall of 2022 with a weak, ineffective attorney who quietly left the firm and I got 48 hours notice she was leaving. Then I got Amanda.
