This has been the worse experience of my life. I unfortunately obtained the service of Pines & Pines at the strength of a referral. I wish I had done my due diligence before paying for representation that I did not receive. From my first conversations with administrative staff and the paralegal, I was treated with respect and professionalism. I was dealing with personal medical concerns during this period. I contacted Pines Federal on April 10, 2025, and consulted with attorney Amanda Moreno on April 15 regarding my federal reasonable accommodation case. I was told a letter to my employer would be drafted and sent the next day. What followed was weeks of silence, unanswered emails, missed calls, and repeated promises with no follow through.
